At 66 years old, I can count on 3 fingers the number of

At 66 years old, I can count on 3 fingers the number of times that I’ve had a positive experience from any dealership. I’m writing to day to include one of those fingers for Cochran Audi on Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh. I had a unique engine/timing problem on my 10 year old A7. Yes, unique, however the car is 10 years old. Receiving no help from Audi USA, the leadership team of Pat and Paul at Cochran went above and beyond to help me solve this issue with the utmost care and concern about solution & cost. I applaud them…and will be back for another purchase, when timing is appropriate
