The online scheduling process sucks.

The online scheduling process sucks. My car was dirtier after service than when I brought it in. My intention was to wait on the vehicle but apparently I did not indicate that during the online scheduling process. The service writer seemed to want to talk me out of waiting. I did not receive any information on the recalls that were needed. The sales process was great, the service experience was not so much.

Autumn was wonderful, really took her time helping me

Autumn was wonderful, really took her time helping me choose the perfect car. Shout out to Emily for checking in with me and getting me a snack. Everyone was super friendly.

From the ease of scheduling to the detailed video, every aspect of service is outstanding! Both Pat and David, the advisors, are welcoming and genuine, and they even let me bring my Chihuahua with when she was sick! Best dealer ever!

I had a great experience here.

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I entered. The mechanic that serviced and inspected my car was honest and provided a detailed video review. The communication was great.

I’ve never had a negative experience here. Easy to schedule online and if you need to be seen sooner, they can accommodate by phone. They’ve always taken good care of my vehicle.
