The online scheduling process sucks.
The online scheduling process sucks. My car was dirtier after service than when I brought it in. My intention was to wait on the vehicle but apparently I did not indicate that during the online scheduling process. The service writer seemed to want to talk me out of waiting. I did not receive any information on the recalls that were needed. The sales process was great, the service experience was not so much.

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I entered. The mechanic that serviced and inspected my car was honest and provided a detailed video review. The communication was great.

I’ve never had a negative experience here. Easy to schedule online and if you need to be seen sooner, they can accommodate by phone. They’ve always taken good care of my vehicle.
