Treated like idiots wasting their time.

Took my Honda Civic in to get an oil change and transmission flush. Had just had a $2300 paint repair done at the collision shop. I asked my service agent Kenny to look into why the lights on my rev indicator weren't working and to give me a quote for getting it fixed. Kenny told me that Honda Civic Si's do not have such a feature. He even said he asked his supervisor and he agreed. He was unwilling to look into it any further and kept giving me answers such as "I'm not sure. I don't know." He expressed zero willingness to help and to actually bring business to the service center. I asked to be transffered to someone else and he refused and told me that "they would just tell me the same thing." He spoke to me like I was stupid and wasting his time. Very frustrating to take my Honda to the only Honda dealer in town and actually get treated like an idiot, especially after bringing them my business. I suppose I will have to take my Hondas over to Quantrell or Paul Miller from now on. Edit: 08-08-17 The Service Director has responded and offered to work towards a resolution.

BMW 528

This was the most easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I had a car in mind, I thought with a price so low it was just a way for them to get u in the door and tell you that the car was gone and try to sell you on something else but I was wrong. Mark Bowen was honest and friendly and made the car buying process easy. My husband and I were well taken care of by Mark and the Don Jacobs staff. I would recommend everyone if your in the market for a car go see Mark. Marks beer cheese is awesome too it sealed the deal for my husband !! They make you feel like family. They have earned our families business, we will be buying from them in the future .

Went above and beyond to help! Highly recommend

My brother had a heart attack the night before and I needed to have a tire fixed. I had bought the road hazard and wheel and tire coverage from another dealership and they said that I would have to pay for the tire and then wait 10 days for reimbursement. The young man who was my service representative worked very hard to make sure that the tire was replaced and it did not cost me a dime. This was the first time I had ever been to Don Jacobs Honda, but I WILL BE BACK. Thanks to all!!!

Great , stress free experience

We had a great experience purchasing a car from Don Jacobs with Mark Bowen , sales agent . What is sometimes a stressful and dreadful task of visiting different car lots and sorting through lots of cars to find the right one , Mark Bowen made it seem effortless and stress free . We highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an automobile .

New car experience.

Just bought a new VW Passat. The whole experience was enjoyable. Hunter and Allison were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I love the car and highly recommend the dealership. Win - win situation for all.

Painless shopping experience for a used car

I had a great experience shopping for a used car from Don Jacobs.I had some ideas of what I wanted before getting to the dealership. I felt no pressure to look at something I was not interested in checking out and was pointed to some specific vehicles like I wanted. Mark was an experienced salesman and not high pressure, but definitely wanted to be of help with my experience. I drove away satisfied with my selection and not stressed or worn down!

Great Team!

The team, Janet Hoffman, Gabe Balazs, and Justin Higgins, we all wonderful to work with while purchasing my 2017 Jetta. I was rebuilding my credit and was a little reluctant to go into the dealership at all. However, they were very professional and helpful to me. I feel I received a very fair deal for my situation and came away with a very nice dependable ride. Given my experience with DonJacobs VW I will definitely be a return customer.

airbag replaced

Just had my airbag replaced and the techs left debris on the floor. I wish they had vacuumed - the only reason I go to this dealership is for recall purposes.

First buying Experience with Don Jacobs BMW

I purchased a certified BMW from Don Jacobs after looking several months for the particular model I wanted. I found the staff patient, knowledgeable, and willing to work to satisfy the customer, whether is was the initial purchase, paperwork or educating me on the features post purchase.
