Service Dept

I like my dodge products but this dealership is definitely lacking when it comes to service. I have called multiple times every day for the last 4 days trying to get a service appointment for our Dodge Durango. I let the phone ring until it times out. no one answers the phones. A friend told me the only way he gets an appointment is to go in person. I really don't want to drive a half hour each way just to get an appointment. I recommend anyone considering purchase of a vehicle to check out the service department before buying.

The service department is incompetent and lacks basic

The service department is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. They will take advantage of women by recommending services not needed. They will tell you something is “fixed” and forget to tell you that it’s not and parts actually need to be ordered when you get in your vehicle and realize the issue is still there.

Got to this dealership at 5:45 am first in line for an oil change as it has been first come first serve for he last 5 years ( however long the dealership has been here in Wasilla … Come 7 am I am told they changed their policy too an appointment only program during the week I asked when that happened the employee said for past month or so.. really nothing on the web site nothing in mailings absolute garbage service department I will not purchase another vehicle from Lithia this service department has been sub par from day one don’t buy a Jeep or dodge product and lifetime oil Jane from this xxxx poor dealerships

Placed a Jeep on order.

Placed a Jeep on order.. took some time to come in. I can honestly say that I almost gave up and moved on. But the staff would call me when there was a status change. This helped greatly. They honored the the price we locked in when the order was placed. I'll definitely go back for my next vehicle.
