The service department is a nightmare. Everyone else is also clueless They told me I need numerous front end parts replaced for a total of over $4800. What they didn’t realize was, they had already replace every part on the list 4 months ago. The truck has been parked and I drive my work truck mostly. So very low miles. After I brought that to their attention, suddenly the parts didn’t need replacing. I still made them replace the parts under warranty because apparently they are completely wore out. They have had my truck for 6 weeks this time. No loaner vehicle, no callback when I inquire about what’s going on, no answering the phone, arrogant attitude, rude customer interaction. They also rotated the tires and broke off numerous wheel studs and never said anything. I only found out when I tried to get snow tires. My opinion is they are out to SCAM people by saying parts need replaced when they don’t!

Lithia was great, all their personnel involved from Matt

Lithia was great, all their personnel involved from Matt to the manager were awesome. The whole process only took a few hours and we were headed home with the wife's dream truck, Black Widow! Thanks Lithia!

More staff is needed at the service counter.

More staff is needed at the service counter. Getting an oil change is a giant hassle. It says express on the sign, its not! You can't get a hold of them, because they don't answer the phone.

This service department is the worst, will not answer or return calls the only way to talk to anyone is you have to show up in person. As far as warranty we own a Canadian vehicle and they will not work on it, I was told that I should not have bought a Canadian vehicle. We have given them chances to treat us right but they have failed again. We will be going to Anchorage Dodge or Lithia BMW from now on.

Absolutely avoid this place.

Absolutely avoid this place. No one in service answered the phone. The only way to get someone on the phone is call sales and pretend you’re gonna buy then make them walk 40ft to Service and hand the phone over. They’ve had our pickup for a week and we finally got the text to say we could pick it up. We just drove 30min and we’re told that everyone in the service dept already left for the weekend and we are out of luck until Monday. We actually have jobs and have to get to work and need our vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
