We purchased our tires from Toyota with Repair.

We purchased our tires from Toyota with Repair. My son brought my car in to have a tire repaired that you could clearly see an object in the tread and it took five hours for it to be repaired. That is unacceptable. I have always purchased my tires from Mavis and anytime I have had to bring a repair in, It was back in an hour or less.

I've been to the dealership serval times brought car in

I've been to the dealership serval times brought car in 2023. There isn't any attention paid to waiting room area. The TV has not worked for approximately a year when you ask the workers they always say we don't know why. Very disappointed.

I went in due to a dead battery and did not have an

I went in due to a dead battery and did not have an appointment. They graciously worked me in and did a service check and completed the work that needed to be done the same day. When it was discovered it would take more than 4 hours to complete the work they paid for a ride to take me home and pick me up when the work was completed.
