Waiting area comfortable not crowded did not have to wait

Justine Haas is, in my opinion, the best representative

Justine Haas is, in my opinion, the best representative at Rivertown Toyota. Very quick, knowledgeable and very helpful. She listens very carefully to your concerns, takes notes, and find ways to help you resolve any problems. I always make it a point to make my appointments with her. Very professional; don't ever let her go.

Merissa was great!

Merissa was great! She was very nice and professional. She confirmed what I told her needed to be done. Then took note of the coupons I had received via email from Toyota. After the diagnostics were done, she came back and explained what needed to be done. When I asked if some of it could be postponed for a month, she assured me it would be OK. Then she settled my bill and I was out the door. I really did not mind the three hour wait because I knew my 2013 Prius was in good hands. Besides, the restroom is extremely clean and the waiting room is comfortable with a great coffee machine.

Had a 7 o?

Had a 7 o?clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation; didn?t get out of there until right before 10 o?clock. Usually takes an hour. No explanation.
