I hate shopping for cars and the negotiating that happens. I walked in the Columbia Mercedes told Zach what I currently drive, Lexus, and that I loved it but didn’t want to have to go to KC or St Louis to make a deal. He got me in a GLC 300 in both the interior and exterior color I wanted. He even let me take it home! Zach was Excellent to work and so were everyone else. I’d definitely be a repeat customer!

Our salesperson was Key'n Brosdahl and he did a great job! I have always purchased my cars from local dealers but there were no convertibles available in our area. Saw that they had a convertible I was interest in and called them on a Tuesday and drove 2 1/2 hours to view the car. Drove it and purchased it the same day. Went back on Friday and picked it up just in time to celebrate my birthday. The dealership was well informed on the convertible we were looking at and answered all of our questions. Key’N totally respected that my wife and I had very little time to work with. We test drove, bought, and took procession of our car in less than an hour and a half. We really appreciated his help. We have drove the car car for two months and have had no problems.
