I don't believe I was listened to on my concerns.
I don't believe I was listened to on my concerns. I felt the diagnostic result to replace many parts for an estimated cost of $5100 was over the top. Honda did tell me that I could get a good will price of $800 to do the work. This all started with a one time warning light on the dash board with no vehicle performance. I'm not sure I trust Honda service anymore. This is not the first issue with the device department.

Brian was very understanding of my situation and worked with me to resolve my delma since my 2020 Honda was being repaired. He listened to my needs and came up with a solution without being “pushy, as some car salesmen can be! Full service and I am excited that I have a Accord Hybrid Sport. Please note that in addition to the financial support , Brian was the person that made the purchase happen!
