People are always friendly and respond quickly -- although that sometimes leads to a fairly long wait. The atmosphere is comfortable and everyone is helpful.

My dealings with sales reps at Hyannis Honda to be informative and respectful. They did not pressure you to buy. Requests or negotiations were fair and no request was denied outright without checking with manager. The car was not the one I was initially interest in but a close or better value was purchased. Car arrived earlier than expected and all steps with registration and insurance was handled in a timely manner. I returned to Honda as I have been a customer for twenty plus years. The service and assistance has always been personable and exceptional.
