Surprised at how much confusion there was in getting new

Surprised at how much confusion there was in getting new car registered. I put some 200 miles on the car going back and for the from home in Wellfleet to dealership and motor vehicles office to get it sorted out. Old plates cs new plates, need for an “S”number and on and in. Took three days to get this fixed, assuming it is fixed now.

It was a pleasure - as always - to work with Dan and

It was a pleasure - as always - to work with Dan and get my new leased Honda Civic. This is my 7th lease and every time we are at Hyannis Honda it is a good experience and we always deal with Dan. He is helpful, friendly and a joy to work with. The process is smooth. This time I also had the benefit of receiving a call from Connie Whalen who was also very helpful and arranged for me to meet with Dan.

I recently used Hyannis Honda and Mr.

I recently used Hyannis Honda and Mr. Anthony Tambascia helped myself and my son find a used car for my new driver son. I found tge whole process to be relatively painless. I had looked ahead of time online and had a couple of cars in mind. Mr. Tambascia helped me find the appropriate car for my son, and explain some of the differences in the different models that we were looking at. I am really happy with the car that we ended up with. I am confident in Hyannis Honda and their ability to service the car fairly and at a fair price. I found Mr. Tambascia to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and a great communicator. I would not hesitate to use him and Hyannis Honda again. Thanks!

Wonderful experience.

I brought my vehicle in for service and upon reclaiming

I brought my vehicle in for service and upon reclaiming my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I would have to purchase it for $81. I am disgusted with the service I received and the blatant theft of my property.
