I am a car dealership skeptic but had a really nice experience yesterday with Miss Sky Oh who was so helpful, informative and made us feel comfortable. She really didn’t fit the stereotypical smooth and fast talking, salesman types. She was patient and kind and understanding to our specific needs and situation. I really feel differently about stepping on a car lot now, thanks to Sky. I’m still hoping our deal goes through and if it does, it’ll further prove how well managed this dealership is. I believe the service we get is a reflection of its leadership. Sky rocks!!! I hope JN Chevrolet decides to go for the touchdown on this 4th down play and not settle for the field goal.
