Had an amazing experience here at JN Cheverolet Nimitz. My husband has been shopping around for a truck for a while, specifically looking for a GMC, but would be open to others also. Just so happened, they had a used (but amazing condition) GMC truck. We went to take a look at it and was greeted by Richard. We were also shown some Chevy's, then we noticed Honolulu GMC was literally the next lot over. So my husband wanted to go look there for a variety of GMC trucks. He told Richard this, and unexpectedly he responded SO NICELY! I've never encountered a salesman that was completely okay with that. He was respectful not pushy and try to keep us there like guarantee other salesman would have. AND he also wished my husband luck in finding something that makes him happy! So we left, wasn't very successful there, and came back to JN haha. Richard happily greeted us again lol We also had our 3 kids with us, and if you can imagine, a long day looking at cars, they were so over it. But luckily, they had a small private waiting area specifically for kids. It had a kid size table and chairs, a TV, DVD's and YOUTUBE!! My kids were more than happy to wait there! So that was a HUGE plus for me already lol Anyway, while I waited with my kids, Richard went to work and busted his xxx off to get my husband in that GMC truck. Took him for a test drive and dove right into the paperwork. He did an AMAZING job finding the right price, right down payment, right monthly, AND right insurance. I cannot express enough how pleased my husband and I are with him. From the beginning when we met him, to my husband saying he wanted to check out someplace else, to coming back and buying something; Richard was just so respectful, super friendly and, very hardworking. To be honest, all the employees we worked with that day, including the manager and finance manager (I think) were super awesome! If you're looking for a helpful, friendly, respectful auto salesman, you should go see Richard.
