Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of new cars and this the best by far. No high pressure sales tactics and a fair deal right from the start.

Niello Acura provided me great service, I am so happy

Niello Acura provided me great service, I am so happy with the dealership and I’m so glad that I purchased my new Integra there. Daniel was such a patient, kind and amazing salesmen. Brian was great as well. I will definitely be recommending Niello Acura to my family and friends who are thinking of buying an Acura vehicle. Although my car buying process took a longer time than I expected, I am so glad that I was able to negotiate a good offer with my car and I drove off so happy with my new car!

Chris Knutson went above and beyond.

Chris Knutson went above and beyond. He took us out for 30 to 45 minutes showing us EVERY feature of the car and did not shy away from anything. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. And at no time did we feel any pressure from him. A true professional.

The buying process was pretty smooth.

The buying process was pretty smooth. It would have been nice to not have to have waited so long for docs to get prepared and PDI to have been completed but otherwise I’m happy overall.
