I was in business for years.

I was in business for years. I told General Mills Restaurant group Red Lobster corporate management was going to ruin the company. They laughed at me. 18 months later they begin closing over 1000 stores and would end up giving or selling it back to Dardin Enterprizes in Waycross Georgia. Thousands of Employees would lose their jobs. Exact similar situation with Sears first and then K-Mart, Burdines in Orlando, Circuit City in Boca Raton Florida, and other smaller businesses. CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE will always be the key to Great Sucess. My service writer, Chad Rowley was outstanding. I really appreciated the great service. And the mechanic who I didn't meet but the way he wrote up the invoice was excellent. Thank you, Calvin Heinen

Recall Dodge ram

I had 8:30 am appointment that I had to wait 45 days to get garage door didn't auto open so got out and went inside 5 advisors no one side hi and we will be right with you Waited until advisor came to me he opened the door and I moved truck inside did paper work was told it was going to take 1/2 day had friend come down to pick me up Advisor said its done and gave me the keys I asked what was fixed and he said all they had to do was check the tailgate and if it opened and closed no need for recall So complete waste of my time and gas for my friend

Took my truck in for all the recalls it has on it, turns

Took my truck in for all the recalls it has on it, turns out Ram hasn’t released any fixes yet. So they checked the truck and changed a couple air filters. I asked if they had been able to fix the check engine light or at least clear the codes and was told the codes were cleared, check engine light was no longer on. When I go to pick it up, the check engine light is on so I go back inside to talk to one of the service advisors and he checks the paperwork that shows they ran the OBDII, had the codes for things that could have been fixed and hoped a software update would fix the check engine light. I’m sure if it’s just pure laziness, incompetence or what that plagues this dealership and service center but I would avoid this place. They clearly cannot do the simplest things right. The second service advisor tried to be helpful but there wasn’t much for him to do since he wasn’t involved in the first place.

Dodge RAM 1500

General first 10k service on new truck. One exception that really was confusing and did not make any sense; I asked for a tire rotation and balance. The tires were NOT rotated. Service rep said there was 7/32 on front and 9/32 on back. Because of this difference he said they leave the tires in their original position. That sounds like Bullsht. Never, ever heard that before in my life. Got charged $85 dollars for the balance. What a rip off. I checked with 2 other tire companies and they laughed at that explanation. Arapahoe Ram ripped me off. I?lll be going to a different Dodge dealer for service after this experience. And, unless I get a personal call back and my money back to discuss, I will tell my friends and associates of this stupid explanation. Very dissatisfied customer.

Fleet Van starting spot

We started a new business and needed a service van. AutoNation was quick to help provide solutions to van needs when most other locations had very low inventory. We bought our ProMaster 2500 in December, and have used them to service the van and their service group has been great as well. I will be back to them again when we need our next service van!
