Back ordered parts over a year old
I took my Ram truck in for service in February 2022. I had two broken parts that the service department did not have on site, so the parts were ordered then put on backorder. Over the course of the year, I kept calling and emailing the service department and would never get back with a response. Close to a year later I reached out again and finally a service tech responded. He still didn't have one of the parts so I found out that I could call Chrysler customer care for help. In a few days they had the part to the dealer and fixed. I not so much frustrated about the backorder parts because I know their supply chain issue. It's the no response from the service department including the service manager. I'll never take my Ram there for service again. Johnson auto plaza is the real deal.

The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The time we spent during the purchase process was longer than expected. The used vehicle was not fully cleaned even though it had been in their possession for a month. There was a bit of pressure to buy which was expected, but they did allow us 24 hours to think on the vehicle and we extended that to 48 hours when we indicated we would purchase. If I had to do over again I would ask to drive it overnight to better examine the vehicle without a sales person in the car with us on a test drive and driving on roads we would like to test on. We were contacted by email and phone about 5 times during those 48 hours both by managers and sales which felt a bit much to me. The price was non-negotiable and added taxes above the "out the door" price. They did offer 2 free gas fill-ups totaling about $50. When they ask if there's anything they can do to get your business and do not negotiate price, what exactly do they mean? If I had more time I have a list I would have put forth to see what happened.

I dont understand what it means when you say "we want to make it up to you". The transaction is already completed. What are you offering?
No work performed
Not much to review? I made an appointment for 8:30 AM and dropped the vehicle off at 8:00. Called a few times around starting 4:00 and finally got in contact with a service manager at 5:00. Vehicle never made it into the bay and they couldn?t give me a completion date because they hadn?t done the diagnostics. They no longer do loaner vehicles and I couldn?t leave mine for an indeterminate amount of time so I picked it up. The dealer may do good work (I don?t know) just be aware that it may take 2-3 days for a simple repair depending on circumstances.

Selling lemons
After the truck I bought my husband was driven less then 300 miles off the lot, lights on the dash kicked on svc4wd light traction control light, the subs that same with the truck stopped working. Never buy a used vehicle with them again nor will I have them work on the truck. Husband refuses to take it back them stating that if ?they reset codes to sell a vehicle, what do think they?ll do when they ?work on it? ?? Very disappointed in the vehicle that we got!!! 0 stars for vehicle 0 stars for staff selling a lemon!
