Salesman Mark was excellent.

Salesman Mark was excellent. The finance gentleman was supposed to send me all the documentation by email but fell sick I was told. I?ve yet to see any of it even though that was almost four weeks ago.

Sales department is ok, but the service department is so

Sales department is ok, but the service department is so bad they still get a 1. They are rude, very unprofessional, slow, and really just not very good at their jobs. I would say don’t buy extended warrants through AutoNation.

What a great experience!

What a great experience! I needed to replace a car that was totaled and everyone at Autonation Dodge ram Arapahoe was extremely professional. The sales managers, Dave and Jim, exceeded my expectations in getting a car here that we wanted to buy. The Service team Brenton, Chris and Troy were amazing and getting the car ready once it arrived. The finance gentleman, Jeremiah, was extremely professional, courteous and helped us be out of his office and record time. And Mike Hoffman the sales person was amazing helping Us find a car that fit our needs. I highly recommend this dealership.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. After contacting a salesperson to purchase a vehicle they were very unresponsive and almost seemed like they didn't even want to sell me a vehicle. I was buying this car from out of state, so I completely understand having some hiccups. That being said, almost any question I asked resulted in a "Let me ask my manager" response, which would have been totally fine if the salesperson had then got an answer to me in a reasonable time instead of me always having to follow up with them the next day, or even days later, to see if they had gotten an answer. After I finally purchased the vehicle I got a call from the car shipper to inform me that the vehicle's wind shield had a large crack in it. This was not documented anywhere, appeared in no pictures I was sent, and was the first I heard of it. The salesperson first tried to pass it off as if I had known about it saying she had sent me pictures of the car. However she did tell me that if the large crack in the wind shield would be a problem they would replace the wind shield. More on that later. A couple days later when I received the car the only paperwork that was included was the agreement to replace the wind shield and the temporary registration in my name. There were no copies of any of the paperwork I signed with the notary. I contacted the salesperson and the finance manager asking them for the paperwork and it took almost 2 weeks to get an email with almost illegible copies of the signed documents. After I finally received paperwork and could register the vehicle in my home state, I turned my attention to the promised wind shield replacement. The salesperson told me they would send a check for a fraction of the money it would take to replace the wind shield to "help cover the cost". I told them that would not be sufficient as they promised to replace the whole wind shield, not just help with the cost. I then volunteered to get quotes from local businesses for the replacements and send them over, which I did. They agreed to send a check for the cheapest quote, however would not include the small addition amount for the tint strip that was present on the vehicle when I bought it. After making my case for why it should be included I was told by the salesperson that regardless they would not pay for it. I then asked the salesperson to give my number to her manager so we could set up a time to talk hoping to make my case to them. Instead of doing that, their manage called without us coordinating a time, a call I missed because I was in a meeting. I called back within half an hour but only got their voicemail. Over the next almost month I would call this person back multiple times leaving several voicemails all going unanswered. Finally I called the dealership and asked for the manager by name and was on the phone with them within minutes. I stated my case and was again told they would not cover the small additional amount for the tint strip even though that is how they sold the car to me. Overall I wish I would have never contacted this dealership. If I had known what an absolute nightmare it would be to buy a car from them I never would have called them in the first place.

You can assist by first mailing the check I was promised. It has been a month to the day since I last spoke with the salesperson and her manager on this matter and still have not received anything. If you would like my number, please reach out to the salesperson I dealt with. She should have my number readily available as I reached out to her earlier today to follow up on the payment I have yet to receive.

Mike Hoffman was awesome! No pressure, he knows his stuff. Great job! I already recommended someone to him and the bought a truck the next day.
