Great service and Friendly Staff

The service agent Andrew was very accomodating and thorough explaining the details of what ny car needed. JR the mechanic was also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Exceptional Service

My EOS would not start so I had it towed to the dealership. Andrew was extremely helpful and thorough with diagnosing the issue and relaying the information to me. He was kind and understanding about my concerns. He went above and beyond what any dealership has ever done to assist in the repair of my car. I will absolutely take my car back for all repairs, issues or services. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service and timely work!

Excellent customer service

Very clean waiting area. Disinfection done on car interior to prevent any spread of Covid-19 virus. Gave me an initial estimate for service and kept me informed via text as to a dirty filter needing replacement and one that could wait. I appreciated their honesty. Everything was completed before the estimated time.

Andrew in the service department has been a major help on my GTI and my wife’s Tiguan over the past 8-10 months as we had some major repairs. Cant recommend their work and Andrews customer service enough!

Great Service

I had my VW Touareg serviced at L.H. Miller VW Tucson. Andrew has been my service rep for several years - he always take great care of me and my Touareg. Service went like clockwork and it went through their carwash - looks great! Many thanks Andrew!
