Very difficult to get through to the Service department. Otherwise, the Service Dept. is okay. Windshield was cracked when picking up vehicle. Service provider very defensive and not helpful.

Do NOT fall for their scams. They sold me a "anti-bacterial" treatment for $179 which is absolutely useless. Save yourself a lot of money and just buy a case of Lysol. Their Vehicle Theft Assistance "warranty" is a joke and will cost you $500. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than ever collecting on this sham "warranty". Never again!

Excellent service operation. They are ready to work on the car at the assigned time. They explain what work is needed and why. They keep track of wear on brakes and such so the work can be done before problems occur. They really do care about their customers, your car, and safety.

Terrible Service!
I purchased my VW from Larry H. Miller Tucson, and was pleased with my salesperson. However, when my car developed a leak after 3 months, I called to schedule an appointment. I live approximately two hours from the dealership, but they said everyone had to drop off their car for service and could not pick the car up until at least the next day. And they could not give me a rental. I have no one that can follow me to Tucson to drop off my car and then take me two hours back the next day to pick it up. The service person said too bad--we cannot service any cars in one day regardless of where they live! I called another VW dealership in Tucson, and they were able to schedule a same day appointment for me. I am so sorry I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. If you do not live in Tucson, this dealership is not for you!!!
