Manny Diaz is an asset to the Service Dept. at Larry H Miller. He has helped me through many flat tire issues, and he has always been professional, friendly and kind. He worked with the tire warranty each and every time to make sure that the warranty covered the cost of the new tire. I highly recommend Manny and the service department at this Volkswagen dealership. I would not take my Arteon any where else.

Very professional and courteous. Waiting area very nice and clean. Andrew came out to greet me as soon as I arrived. Vehicle was washed and service person very polite.

Everyone at larry Miller was great even played with the toy cars with my grandson to help keep him occupied. We walked in and walked out with 2 cars just like we had and are very pleased

LHM did not actually perform any work on my vehicle....
LHM did not actually perform any work on my vehicle. Manny, the service advisor, was supposed to contact me about rescheduling an appointment for service. He did not and it seems that he decided to close out the service slip that was left open in anticipation. However, Chapman Volkswagen was phenomenal in their service and took care of our cars issues in 4 hours.

Over all they were excellent. Just waiting for the financing part was a long wait. The staff is very friendly and always asking if you need anything.

Recevyjy replaced w.pump went out 90 miles after warranty. Only partially covered at dealer rates. Vw would have paid for full if dealer requested.

Me and my boyfriend got cars here they are TRASH with constant issues and you wait 4 hours for simple maintenance like oil changes and they NEVER have loaner cars but want to keep yours for days on end. Service techs are a joke half of them lie through their teeth. Keep driving do not buy here
