Bad Used cars

Bought a car back in oct last year by january th3 turbo went bad not even 4mos i purchased their vehicle.car was inspected by nissan Real techs found out this dealer reset computer to maie codes go away.estimate repairs were out of this world to repair. No call backs from larry h miller dealer and i was left in Dark . Dont buy used they are a rip off especially with minorities i feel lied to and discriminated

Everything I needed done, was done, except for the serpentine belt which they had to order. I am very pleased with the service advisors. I’ve always had a good experience with Larry Miller VW.

Manny, Service Advisor, went above and beyond to help me

Manny, Service Advisor, went above and beyond to help me to get my car serviced! As I was driving home, my “check oil light” came on. I called the dealership, Manny answered and asked if I could bring it in this week. He offered me a few different times and dates during the week but when I explained to him that my schedule is incredibly hectic due to my occupation, he didn’t hesitate to work with my schedule- he was able to get me in right away! I am grateful that he understood my urgency and availability and will continue to purchase cars from this dealership and have my car serviced here.

It would have been better to be told my issue was a known

It would have been better to be told my issue was a known problem for VW with no fix rather than to be told a bs (aka lied to) story about heat and humidity and a drive test in 1 other vehicle. What a shame!
