Just went in for an oil change.

Just went in for an oil change. Very pleasant experience. Friendly, courteous and was done in half the time I was expecting. Will continue to let the Miller team handle all of my automotive needs.

Poor Service Department.

Scheduled appointment for service and when I called on day of service prior to me traveling 65 miles was told it would be a 3 day service for check engine light. Was then told to take it to another VW dealership. Sales department is great. Service is terrible. I have my 2023 Jetta scheduled for an oil change. Wonder if this will take more than 3 days.

This dealership is insane! They quoted me $922/mo on a 36/12 lease for a $50K ID.4!

Haha, you've got to be kidding me! Your team works hard to rake customers over the coals! Finance dept are crooks! I got 2 competing offers from other VW dealers for monthly lease rates in the mid $400/mo for the same spec car with same lease terms. $922 vs $440 - in my 30 years of leasing cars I've never seen such a bad deal (though I must admit it would have been a great deal for you).You lost a sale to a serious customer and I hope you lose many more for being so greedy! This kind of abuse should be illegal!
