I use my vehicle for doordash And Larry Miller Volkswagen has been keeping up with all my maintenance and other needs. With over a 140,000 miles on my vehicle. They have been keeping it running in great shape and have been always been on top of my concerns as they understand this as a "work vehicle". My service manager has been able to make sure I can keep my vehicle running in top shape and always available for anything that pops up. I feel like I have a good team to work with if and when I need it. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your service needs

Had a great time at LHM VW Tucson.
Had a great time at LHM VW Tucson. We waited for an oil change, but was later notified of urgent needs to be taken care of in addition to the oil change. I had to get my spark plugs replaced and get a fuel induction tune up. We waited for four hours for everything to be completed, but got a great deal on repair costs. Eleazar and Joseph took care of my car’s needs and told me if it was absolutely necessary or not for the extra repairs. Shoes was great with my child and she had a great time talking with him as he stopped by every so often to check up on us. Thanks, guys!

The staff was easy to talk to with no pressure.
The staff was easy to talk to with no pressure. Offered me a couple of options and test drove a couple of vehicles. Explained how the vehicle operates. Also video was sent to me. When I bought the vehicle the salesman went through the vehicle to make sure I knew how to operate. The staff was friendly and professional.

Service department is a mess.
Service department is a mess. Unwilling to help you pick up your keys and be on your way if you aren't "their" customer. Waited 10 minutes just to pick up my keys while another service writer just sat there.
