JB, the plaid coat guy, sales Manager, the bald guy who explained all the settings to us, Kyle who returned our car, washed it, explained more settings,everyone at this dealership was friendly, professional and made our car buying experience special.

Used a coupon in one of their flyers that said $54 for

Used a coupon in one of their flyers that said $54 for full synthetic oil change. Made an appointment and the service rep named Chris said it was $10 off for Mazda cars. I drive a different make now so he told me it would be $92 for my car and $82 with coupon. I needed it changed since I had been on a long trip and I agreed to their 70% increase over their advertised price. It took 2 hours when they said it would be 1-1 1/2 hours. Looked at the receipt when I got home and it showed they put in 6 quarts (1 quart too many) of the wrong weight of oil. I called Chris and told him and he said he would get back to me after talking to the service manager. He did not get back to me in several hours so I called the service manager. Left message. Chris then called back and told me they would give me a coupon for $20 off the next oil change. Wrong oil weight and overfilled, both of which can do damage to my car. Don't go there. They screw up and won't make it right.

I really have buyer's remorse.

I really have buyer's remorse. I got caught in the old high ball /low ball technique and really got taken. The CX-:5 is so out of date but still cute. The infotainment system is so, so outdated.

I have bought many new cars in my lifetime from Toyota to Lexus and have always had them serviced by the dealer. Daytona Mazda is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with.

Every part of the inspection was videotaped for my review When they told me I needed 2front tires after only 15k miles- wear, they gave the rationale and the printed paperwork for me to see why?

JB was our sales representative and he exceeded all

JB was our sales representative and he exceeded all expectations! JB was professional, friendly, patient and his product knowledge of technical and safety features of the car we purchased was outstanding! 3 days after the purchase we went back to JB for an additional tutorial on the car and he could not have been nicer, more patient and professional in helping us understand the features of our Mazda CX-30.
