Carlos was awesome to deal with.

Carlos was awesome to deal with. The multiple salesman attack almost cost you a sale but Carlos saved the day. We are enjoying the car.

Called to make an appointment for a recall. Got one at a time that worked for me. Was greeted by name before I even offered my name. (I have never been here before). Staff was very friendly and efficient. They did a full exam of my vehicle that I was not expecting. I was very impressed with this facility.

They did maintenance, and small repair. Checked vehicle thoroughly. As progress was made I got an update. Courteousness, and the personal recognition from my last time was friendly and welcome.

I can?

I can?t say enough good things about the service department at Daytona Mazda. Even though I bought my car somewhere else, the amazing customer service here has completely won me over, and I?ll be getting my future cars from them. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my warranty covered the repairs I needed, and he even worked with the service manager to get me a huge discount on another repair. As a mom, unexpected car expenses can be stressful, but Chris made the whole process so much easier. He truly cares about his customers and works hard to help them. Everyone in the service department is so friendly and welcoming, and the level of care they show is something you don?t see at every dealership. If you need service or are looking for a place that actually values its customers, I highly recommend Daytona Mazda!
