I had my oil change and tires rotated.

I had my oil change and tires rotated. The service was done so quickly and they washed all the pollen off my vehicle. Excellent service department customer care.

Buying experience was good, it just the whole process

I bought a used Fiat 500 here 2.

I bought a used Fiat 500 here 2.5 years ago. The dealer gave me a used car warranty. The vehicle was supposed to be in top condition. It had 75,000 miles. The warranty cost an additional $2,900 on top of the purchase price. I'm from abroad and my English wasn't that good when I bought it and I trusted the seller. A year ago I went to Mazda for a regular inspection and also told them that the engine light was coming on and the "low oil pressure" light was coming on every now and then. They checked the car (Oil change and a new oil filter and a 5 point inspection) and told me that there were no defects and that they couldn't explain why these warnings were coming on. I can continue driving with peace of mind. I only drive the car in winter and this winter I went back because of the warning. Now they told me that the engine was broken and I needed a new one. The warranty they sold me at the time only paid for part of the engine and I had to pay another $4,000 myself. So why did I pay $2,900 for an extended warranty? The total price was also more than excessive. Another garage also told me that these engines usually stop running after 100,000 miles....

I hate this CX-5.

I hate this CX-5..poor ride, no load space, poor mpg, rides like two horse wagon around town, no heated steering wheel, no rear View mirror defogging, black seals vinyl is already super hot @78, not even summer here in Florida....I hate this xxx
