Oil Change

Arrived a few minutes early. The person who met us was great (female - did not get name). Showed us the lounge and said the oil change would be 1/2 hour to 45 mins. Car was done in about 30 minutes and they washed all the bugs off - thank you very much. Dawn (not spelled like this!) was very nice and professional at cashing out.

Awesome First Impression

I came in for routine maintenance. Everyone was so helpful with awesome customer service. Dana, my associate, even went as far as letting me know future services that were suggested to be done ALONG with the ones to start with first. I've already scheduled for my next appointment for service.

Honest Professional

Have known / bought cars from John Pandelos over 20 years. He brought his professionalism honesty and ease of transaction with him to this Daytona Mazda dealership. I was interested purchasing new vehicle preferably mid size suv., We owned mid size vans MANY MANY YEARS. John TOOK TIME EXPLAIN ALL MY OPTIONS in my best interest. Entire transaction precise clear and painless. I checked out CX5 & CX9.... decided on CX5. Within twenty four hours They found EXACTLY what I wanted with all options / color / signed paperwork and delivered to me....HIGHLY RECOMMEND SALESMAN CHRIS AS WELL AS JOHN.

Great experience at Daytona Mazda Service Dept.

I brought my car in for an alignment and I was taken care of right away. The tech did a great job unlike some places that just get it close and call it a day. Highly recommend Daytona Mazda service department!

AMAZING all around

We bought our cars in Chicago prior to moving to the Daytona area. Both of our Mazda's have been serviced at Daytona Mazda and I absolutely will never take them anywhere else! They're always super friendly and willing to work with us and are always honest. We never feel cheated on the price and the work is always top notch. And you'll never work with a kinder person than Dana. She's wonderful!!! Everyone in the service department is helpful and will go out of their way to make sure that you're happy and taken care of.

I simply love taking my car for service at Daytona Mazda. Here are some examples why: 1. I brought my vehicle in a month ago because I received an email that it was time (I think I misread it). The service advisor said - you're 2000 miles too early, you should wait and we'll see you in a few weeks. Great customer advocacy! 2. When it was time for service, my wife was tied up. The Porter not only drove me to work, but also picked me up when requested - in an awesome little Miata I might add! Awesome service - keep it up!
