I have no bad things to say about this dealership. I had a great experience. Every employee who crossed my path from sales people to managers and service managers to the finance department to even one of the owners....everyone during my purchase was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful and never once pushy. 2 yr old MX5 purchase
Happy w the purchase 6 weeks after. Steve Dalic, our sales person is knowledgeable and helpful, as is John the owner. They even fixed hail dents 3 days after purchase that I could not see in bright light. Saw them in g as rage lighting. There had been hail storm a day or two before purchase. I paid a reasonable price.

THE BEST dealership around!!!
I live in Palm Coast and was happy to finally find a Mazda Dealership close by. I needed an oil change and my transmission serviced. Come to find out I didn't need my transmission worked on...but I did need my dash replaced, do to a recall. Long story short, the Service Manger Carl and Service Advisor Dana went above & beyond for us that day. There was an issue with the oil pan n plug ( caused by another dealership service technician)... But Carl stepped up and at no cost to us, took care of it. He set us up with a nice loaner car, as it took 2 days to get it fixed & the new dash installed. On top of all that, Dana offered and brought me my car up to Palm Coast, as she was aware of my long work hours. Now if THAT isn't excellent customer service, I don't know what would be. Total professionals. I highly recommend them. I am so grateful to have found this dealership and will continue to use their awesome services from here on out. Rita & Bob Stoner Palm Coast FL

My Most Pleasant Dealership Experience
When I was thinking about trading my car, I spent time researching online. I was looking for a car that would catch my eye and have many of the features I needed. I found a new Mazda 6 that I liked at Daytona Mazda, so I went to take a look. I loved the body styling, the light blue exterior and sand interior, but there was one feature that I really didn't want. They listened, located the exact car I was looking for, and didn't try to sell me on something else - I really appreciated their terrific customer service! I was able to pick it up the next day and I couldn't be happier! It's a beautiful car! And my payments were even lower than I expected. This is my second time dealing with Daytona Mazda and I'd recommend that anyone go and experience for themselves the kind of customer service that I've described. A great team - from the office and sales staff to the General Mgr. John Pandelos! They have a fantastic Service Dept., too.

Nice people
Everybody at Daytona Mazda was very friendly and ready to assist. Trent was our salesperson. He guided us through all the paperwork, was patient with all of our questions, laughed at our jokes and was just a good guy in general. We felt that he was sincere and wanted us to be happy. We love our new car and would deal there again.

Great Experience
I worked with Trent and his father actually on my car purchase. They were both extremely professional and straight forward. I gave them a budget of what I was willing to spend and they worked with me to find a car/deal that worked for both of us. From the sales team to the actual purchase/financing of the car I had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Stress free buying
Trent Lerdo is genuine, friendly and knowledgeable. I have to say the same of the finance officer. First time ever buying a new car was a stress free experience. I left with my 2017 Mazda6 as if I'd struck gold. I will recommend Dayton Mazda.

Exceptional customer service
Bought a new car at the dealership today with Josh. Had a problem on the way home and he went out of his way to help us. Drove an hour to our home to exchange cars and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. If this is the way a dealership handles their customers all of the time , I'm thrilled that I bought from them. Great job Daytona Mazda. Exceptional customer service Josh!

Great Car buying experience.
Had been checking all of the online listings for a used CX-5 and found one that had what I wanted that was at Daytona Mazda. Stopped by on a whim on a Sunday to check the car out and was impressed with the low key atmosphere and salesman. Bottomline, was offered the vehicle at the price listed online with no add ons or hiden hooks. Customer service was awesome as they went out of their way to answer our questions and be certain that we had everything we were supposed to have with the vehicle. Follow up customer service with General Manager Robert Leary has been stellar too! Will definitely consider shopping there again. Thanks Daytona Mazda!
