I Love My New Mazda!

I recently bought a stylish new 2017 Mazda CX-3 Grand Touring automobile at Daytona Mazda. I’m smiling as I compose this review simply because it was one of my best decisions this year. Plus, two very professional and knowledgeable salesmen made it happen for me - Caleb and Ron. My classy dark blue CX-3 has a rich stylish interior , is easy to drive, and loaded with all the latest safety and navigation equipment that I wish I had in my 2012 Mazda Grand Touring. And the amazing feature that put it over the top was that it had only 2,652 miles! Both salesman were excited to show it to me. I knew I wanted a Mazda when I began searching online and visiting various car dealerships. I explained to Caleb that in the 6 years that I owned my 2012 Mazda, I NEVER had one mechanical problem. That fact speaks volumes for the quality of the car that Mazda built for me back in 2012. I also want to add that Caleb not only assisted me in returning my rental car to Entetprise, (there is one at The Auto Mall), but he took his time to explain all the navigation features on my new car. I am truly amazed at the care and concern that Daytona Mazda has for their customers. I also wish Caleb and Ron many successful years at Mazda. Please ask for Caleb or Ron if you want test drive a Mazda.

Great experience!

I was dreading purchasing a new car but Trent made the whole process so easy. No back and forth haggling, just a straightforward honest salesman that let me know everything up front. I'll definitely be purchasing from this dealership again!

Catherine was a great salesperson to work with!

Cat was very helpful and took all the time necessary to show me all the colors available and explain features and options. This is my second Mazda CX-5 that I've leased and I never even considered another brand when the first lease was up.

Unbelievable

Chris was a pleasure to work with. No surprises. Easiest new car purchase we ever made. Started the process online and finished up at the dealer. No chaperone test drive-always a plus. Purchased the car January 1, 2018 and so far - so good. Service department very willing to help. AND THE FREE CAR WASHES- as i was told "you can wash the paint off if you want to".

Worst car salesmangers in history

On 7 June I reached out via USAA car buying service to locate a USAA approved dealership. I exchanged email traffic with salesperson Caleb Barker. Caleb advised me he had just received a 2017 Mazda6 with $28,000+ miles. I told Caleb I would come by after having an MRI to take a peek at it. Upon my arrival Caleb walked me through thru the rain and past their mud filled parking lot to a dark and dimly lit area. Here, is where I briefly looked at the car and we headed back inside. Once inside I told Caleb I was interested in the car and made an appt to come back as I had a migraine. I arrived on time 8 June for my 10:00am appt and Caleb had backed the car up to door for a test drive. 8 June the sub was shinning and as I approached the car, I could see a crack in the bumper and rear directional assembly. I told Caleb we have a problem. Caleb came out with Tony Lerdo, who said don't worry about that the part was already ordered. I then asked if he would discount the total cost of car since I was purchasing a damaged vehicle. He said no way and told Caleb to get that thing out of there. Then, another manager not sure who this was but he was wearing a black shirt walked up and said an employee girlfriend backed into something and no deal was going to happen. This person may have been Trent but not sure, either way, I would not buy from this dealership EVER!!!!!! Caleb was very professional and this is in no way reflects on him, however, the salesmanagers have no soft skills and even worse, attention to what the customer wants. Your loss daytona Mazda, I got a great deal on a 2018 Rav 4 XLE at David Maus and let this message be a warning for anyone headed to daytona Mazda- STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!

Treat you like family.

Everyone at this dealership is so kind. They truly treat you like family. I received follow-up calls and a thank-you letter making sure everything was okay. After I purchased my used car I took it back a week later because of a scratch on it when I bought it that they needed to fix. Not only did they fix the scratch, thay detailed and washed my car and took care of any other minor issues that I may have had. I drove down from Georgia to deal with Daytona Mazda because of their great reviews. It was well worth the drive I recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service
