Until this week, I was very impressed with service here.
Until this week, I was very impressed with service here. However, not this time! 1. Initially lost my keys so I couldn’t leave 2. Then drove off only to see that every dashboard light was still on! When I turned it around and went back, he acted like it was my fault! Why didn’t I tell him check engine light, etc was om? Never mind that it had been looked at by service personnel while replacing battery and driven back out front for me to pick up! Apparently no one but me looked at dashboard! All on all, not exactly an experience I would expect from a Toyota dealership!

Dustin Holifield takes great care of my car. He listens to my car issues and asks questions. He gives me options and a time window of when my car will be repaired. I appreciate his honesty and help. The free shuttle option is a "big plus" and it was on time and reliable. My family and I have always had a good working relationship with this dealership in Bryan/College Station.
