Wait was MUCH longer than I was told to expect.
Wait was MUCH longer than I was told to expect. Had to reset oil change alert myself after work was done. Found a leak but said I had to make another appointment to correct.

I sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours before
I sat in the waiting room for one and a half hours before I found out from the service rep that the car had just been sitting, and the oil change hadn't even been started yet. He apologized and said I would get a 50 percent discount, which was fine, however, I had to wait another hour for the job to be finished. I've used this location for oil changes for 12 years and this is the first time something like this has happened. Perhaps it's because my usual service rep was off that day and another person took his place.
