First time Lexus (Chevy;s for many years) Kim made us feel like long time owners. We were not sure what to expect but he made the day the best car buying experience we ever had. He answered many of my questions before I even asked them. the main thing for me is that there was no pressure. He let us make the decision. A true Texas Gentleman Also, several friends had mentioned Ty and how he would help us get the right car. And he did! It was a pleasure to meet him and buy from his department. Dominic was very competent and patient in helping us with the technology that Lexus uses to do closing. He also came over the day I picked up the car and answered more of my questions

This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought at Westside- it was my worst experience- didn’t get decent amount for trade (since they knew my amount offered at carmax- then Westside rigged it offering me $1500 less due to taxes- sorry - not helpful for me!) - I’m a retired teacher and used most of my savings to pay cash for the new car. You’d think repeat buyers would get some kind of customer loyalty. Another Lexus dealer is much closer to where I live now, yet I still made the drive to buy from Westside. Not my best experience at buying a vehicle for sure. Joey and others I talked to were nice, but it seemed like those I didn’t talk to or see (ex: mgr) were not nice and didn’t care much.

Purchased a 2024 Lexus RX-350 Love it and the staff was very pleasant to work with. My salesman Lurie Kenner was not only a professional, he went above and beyond to make me happy. The icing on the cake was the Sales Manager, great guy and great overall experience!
