I've been a Grapevine Ford customer for 13 or 14 years now. Chaz Gilmore has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm happy with every car I've purchased there. Service has ALWAYS been impeccable! For the past several years Pete Roshell has been my Service Advisor. Pete has always provided top-tier service with very thorough and honest communication. Pete has always seen to it that I've been met with timely completion of any service I've had. Pete's the reason that I continue to bring my vehicle to the dealership for servicing. Chaz and Pete are the reasons I'll continue to purchase my Fords from Grapevine.

Thank you to Chaz Gilmore and his leadership team for the absolute worse customer experience that I have ever had. Today I was lied to and denied access to speak to Chas Gilmore or even set an appointment up to speak with him by members of his leadership team. This dealership has had my vehicle for 13 weeks for a roof leak. I have been told by members of the leadership team that they are unable to locate the leak and keep feeding me the same information, however my service rep was able duplicate the leak last week. Bottom line I have owned this vehicle for two years and this vehicle has been at the dealership for this same leak on two separate occasions and for multiple other issues. The backup camera has been in multiple times and still glitches and not fully working.

Thank you for reaching out. I will not be speaking to Venny Diaz as I was in his office on June 29th and he is the person to refuse to let me speak with Mr Gilmore as well as lied to me multiple times to my face. He wasn’t able to tell me anything different about my vehicle that I already knew. He didn’t know about my vehicle when I came in and he made phone calls to get the update. Mr. Diaz told me on June 29th that Mr Gilmores assistant will call me that next week to make an appointment. I have yet to hear from anyone at Ford Grapevine and it’s 7/8. In three days, they will have my vehicle for 14 weeks with no solution as to how they will fix my vehicle or communication. Lincoln Concierge emailed me letting me know they can’t get a response from the dealership. This is the worse customer service dealership. It’s easy to get a good review when you’re purchasing a vehicle from them, they are making money but when there is actually a real issue, they are no help.

This dealership truly cares about you. I get really bad anxiety when car shopping so going into this process was truly scary. But Salesman Juan and Finance Manager Joel showed up and showed out. They made us feel so comfortable and filled our wishlist. They didn’t give or offer anything we said we didn’t want. They were not pushy or try to force us into to doing anything we didn’t want to do. They had no problem explain things to us in a way that didn’t feel like we were dealing with a salesman. As long as they are there we will only buy cars from them!!!!!
