The Service center can pound sand down I’ve an hour to have services done and nothing was fixed Sales sept and prices are awesome service center SUCKS

Had warning lights and faults show up with 800 miles on

Had warning lights and faults show up with 800 miles on odometer service center response “codes are intermittent drive it take notes of codes” now I’m stuck in June with a 70K truck who’s A/C doesn’t work will choose different dealership in future drive over an hour to deal with classic now I’m stuck with a lemon have not even made a single payment on.

I appreciate the patience and focus Troy gave throughout my purchase process. He went above and beyond what’s normally encountered in a used auto purchase. I also give high marks for Dungy’s efforts. This is my second car purchase here; I recommend Classic because of the commitment, courtesy, and respect I was afforded by everyone on the Classic team. A great experience! And I love my “new” vehicle!!

I felt like my tech was dismissive of my problems.

I felt like my tech was dismissive of my problems. I had an oil leak where I had lost 2 quarts, and the tech said he found nothing and there was nothing else he could do. At the same time, he never mentioned that he found a radiator leak, nor that he replaced the radiator until came back to pickup the vehicle. Also he did not answer any of my 8 calls to determine when my car was ready, and i had to drive in on my own to find out. Would not use him again
