The staff seems to be always in a rush, in the service
The staff seems to be always in a rush, in the service department. I am afraid they don't do a quality job due to the rush they show. Plus, the time I took my Trax for maintenance, I asked a question and I was dismissed quickly, like "I-don't-have-time-to-talk-to you" type of attitude from the manager. I still feel my question was not answered. Anyways, there is always room to improve..
