BE CAREFUL...!! STAY AWAY...!!

I recently got MDX from this dealer. After negotiations we agreed on price which is inclusive of all taxes & fees. But they quietly added some fees on final document. Even finance manager did not mention anything about EXTRA fees. I asked specifically three times about what are these numbers, he said it’s all included in your final price. But when I came home and reviewed documents there is extra fee. I contacted sales person "Patrick Burns" via phone & email and also sent email to general manager "Chris Snyder". No one is contacted me back till date. No one reads complete in 10min of signing documents, people trust those people but they cheat customers. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER.

Rainy day perfect car

My husband and I came in on a very rainy day with a specific car in mind. Dayshawn helped us view, test drive, and purchase the gently used Honda CRV we had seen online. Dayshawn was friendly and treated us better than any other competing dealership employee had previously. Everyone we encountered at Vandergriff Acura was super friendly! We got what we wanted and walked away happy. Thank you!

Dayshawn Green was great to work with throughout everything.

My daughter bought her first car from this dealership and they treated us with class and very welcoming. Dayshawn Green made my daughter feel comfortable and so happy she bought the car from him and Vandergriff. He was a wonderful sales person, that handled the situation very well.

Not a Pleasant Experience

We saw an RDX on line and made an appt 2 days in advance to come in and look at it. After waiting quite a while, it was brought around for me 2 test drive. The interior was pretty dirty - the car had been a loaner. Anyway - I did like it, so started thru the agonizing process of getting a price on it. There was an options package that was NOT INCLUDED in the on line price...of a used car. That's not how it works. Went back and forth for 6 hours. Finally had to get husband on the phone to speaker phone with management to get the honest price. Then there was interest rate to argue - even though we both have good credit and could've gotten loan at credit union. Went from 8.99 to 5.39 then finally in the 3's. Lots and lots of waiting. They forget to have me sign one form and I had to go back, then when I went back, they were unorganized and passed me off from person to person to get it done. Its kind of like a circus. A bad circus where people seem to not know how to do anything but try to play shell games with the car you want.

Dan was the best with my 80 year old mom

Dan Naughton assisted myself and my mother in purchasing a used car last week. She unexpectedly needed another car and I was enlisted by my father to assist her d/t his health. Dan was so patient with my mom. She test drove 4 vehicles and he took his time with each one, helping her adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering wheel until she felt it fit her well. We even drove 2 of the vehicles to my parents home so that my dad could see how well he could get in and out. He helped her figure out the best way to get their rolling walker in and out of the trunk. He treated my mom with respect (all of us that have ever purchased a vehicle have likely been on the receiving end of dealership nonsense). There was none of that with Dan. Thanks again, Dan. (Why can't I find your name in the sales staff?)

Awesome Sauce

My experience with Vandergriff Acura was amazing. My salesman, Brian Smith took into consideration what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. He got me the perfect vehicle for exactly the price I wanted to pay. If you're thinking about buying an a vehicle go to Vandergriff!!!!!

Amazing service!!

I had a dead battery yesterday. Called Acura Roadside Assistance which was very easy. The lady on the phone was most helpful and assistance was on the way in no time. With battery charged, drove to the dealership and the problem was diagnosed immediately. Got a new battery and was on my way. Cameron Hosch is our service writer. He is courteous and very efficient and always offers future help in any way possible. Thank you Vandergriff Acura!!!
