Best dealership by far

Excellent service

I had a great experience shopping at Vandergriff Acura. Dayshawn Green was very professional and patient with me as I looked at the vehicle I was interested in and took it for a test drive. Fast, efficient and professional experience.

The Vandergriff sales experience is the best I have experienced. They continue to provide excellent service for myself and others. The atmosphere in this dealership is top drawer. It keeps me coming back to purchase more vehicles every time I need a new one.

Excellent Acura dealer - I wouldn't lease/buy anywhere else

Wes Kammer (Sales General Manager) and Tom Phan (Senior Sales Advisor) at Vandergriff Acura are very professional advisors with excellent customer service skills and knowledge about their cars and financial opportunities to lease or buy with the customer's best interest in mind. They both listened patiently to my needs and offered me an excellent lease opportunity and a fair trade-in value for my previously financed RDX. Wes and Tom were always welcoming, patient, and not pushy giving me several days to make up my mind about several financial scenarios I could afford given my other financial obligations. Wes and Tom were very truthful and worked with me to get a fair and aggressive offer, and didn't hide anything from me, as I independently corroborated with my personal web research. I visited Goodson and David McDavid Acura, just because they worked with Costco, but Vandergriff Acura was better in every respect. Wes and Tom, are consummate sales professionals who follow up without being pushy and had my best interest in mind as they explained to me the pros and cons of buying vs leasing thoroughly, and answered every question I had. They both are truly good advisors, rather than salesmen, and are perfectly OK not getting my business if they know it wouldn't benefit me personally. That is true honesty and I appreciated it. As advisors they have consistently provided me with the best car sales experience because they are friendly (smile) even when others would get impatient with my questions; they follow up; and they are always truthful, hiding nothing from me. Tom accompanied me to a test drive, and explained every feature of the new RDX 2019 thoroughly, as well as helped me set up my data after the deal. In the past I always had taken my Acura cars to be serviced at Vandergriff, because they have knowledgeable professionals, aggressive prices and excellent customer service. I amply recommend Vandergriff Acura for all your Acura needs. They will take good care of you. Truly, Edward Alvarez RDX 2019 leasing (Nov 2018) and trade-in of financed RDX 2017

Great car buying experience!

I came into Vandergriff Acura looking for a late model used mid- size SUV. Wade West met us at the door and listened attentively to what I was hoping to find. He was very knowledgeable about the available vehicles and helped me pick out the perfect RDX for me. I was very pleased with the whole buying experience and with how Wade helped me through it all. I will certainly be back when the time comes to purchase another car. Thanks Wade for making the buying experience fun and enjoyable!

BE CAREFUL...!! STAY AWAY...!!

I recently got MDX from this dealer. After negotiations we agreed on price which is inclusive of all taxes & fees. But they quietly added some fees on final document. Even finance manager did not mention anything about EXTRA fees. I asked specifically three times about what are these numbers, he said it’s all included in your final price. But when I came home and reviewed documents there is extra fee. I contacted sales person "Patrick Burns" via phone & email and also sent email to general manager "Chris Snyder". No one is contacted me back till date. No one reads complete in 10min of signing documents, people trust those people but they cheat customers. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER. DO NOT REFFER THEM. I already STOPED two of my friends buying from this dealer.
