I was buying a new Forester with no trade in.
I was buying a new Forester with no trade in. Talked to a salesman, Jamie Bergamasco, and asked if a certain Forester was available. He said, "I'll get right back with you" and he did. It was showing a price with a discount. I asked if that was true he said "yes." He explained ththat I needed a down payment, insurance and certified check. All this as I was driving down the road. I sent the down-payment and insurance to Jamie amd he texted to say that he got everything. Said he'd see me at 12:15 the next day to pickup my new car. Test drove the car, he explained all the functions and paired our phones. We are very satisfied with the car and salesman.

I drove an hour (from Canonsburg) to purchase from
I drove an hour (from Canonsburg) to purchase from Cochran for several reasons: They were offering 0% financing for up to 72 months. They were extremely easy to work with. I made an appointment to test drive & they were ready for me when I arrived. When I explained that I needed to leave by a certain time, they didn't hold me up or keep me sitting at a desk while "talking" with the finance manager "trying to work out numbers". Within 5 minutes, I had the total price of the car with taxes and fees, AND they emailed it to me so I could discuss it with my husband. I feel like they genuinely respected my time and me as a potential customer.

This is the second Subaru we have purchased from #1 Cochran. We have always been dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. The whole process of trading in our older vehicle and purchasing a new 2025 was straight forward. I wouldn't go any where else!

The service man said it would take one hour, and that’s about what it did. However, I had a $20 certificate which does not show on the bill. Don’t know if I got credit or not.

This was my first real issue with the service.
This was my first real issue with the service. My battery was dead and needed inspection, Matt was able to get me into a loaner so I'd have a car for the weekend.
