We really enjoyed our experience working with TJ and Roper Honda. We went there specifically for a car they advertised. He didn't keep us there for hours like many dealers do. He was respectful of our time and didn't try to push us onto a more expensive vehicle. TJ is very trustworthy and made this a great experience. We are loving our Honda Odyssey.

Would not recommend

Will never buy another vehicle from them again. Have purchased multiple vehicle from them. Recently bought a 2022 Honda Civic. When I picked it up there was a scratch on the trunk. They scheduled me to have the body shop fix it. Took them a week. When I got it back. One of the doors had been hit, there was a dent in the roof, one of my wheels was damaged and the work they did on the trunk looked bad. Called for over a month trying to get ahold of someone and get it taken care of. Finally was able to get ahold of someone and they said they will not take care of anything except for the spot that was repaired. Took me trying to trade in and get a new vehicle for them to even talk to me. Would not recommend.

You bought your new car from us on 09/07/22. On the day you picked it up, we agreed to fix a scratch on the trunk of your Civic. On 09/10 you mentioned a new issue with a door ding on the passenger door and on 09/14 you brought up an issue with the dent on the roof. You were in possession of your vehicle the majority of this time. You had just bought the car from us, so we agreed to take care of the trunk, passenger door, and the roof. By doing this we weren’t accepting or denying fault. We were simply offering a resolution to alleviate your concerns.
