Got a reasonable price on a car that I wanted, but

Got a reasonable price on a car that I wanted, but negotiated additional parts to be installed as part of the deal. They outsourced the service without disclosing it to me, and ordered cheaper after-market parts instead of what had been agreed upon. Other than a generic line in the bill of sale, no other documentation or confirmation was made so they would not have any legal recourse for their actions. I won't be going back. Be on your guard because management there will only try to make a quick buck rather than honor a fair deal.

At 52,000 miles wheel bearing went out even though we

At 52,000 miles wheel bearing went out even though we done oil service by the date they said it needed changed when we had it serviced they said the forever warranty was void cuz it had been a year even tho we had it serviced on the miles they said then we found out the car had been in a flood and totaled as well as a wreck none of this was disclosed when we bought it it was a 1 owner we also purchased extra warranty on paint and interior that was voided as well so an extra $3,000 we paid is worth nothing had to sit for 3 1/2 hours because they had no rental available so there xx about there is no catch on the forever warranty is FALSE
