I drove about 7.

I drove about 7.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Dennis Sneed Ford. Overall great experience with Haley Mock and Dave White, both professional and easy to work with! My only complaint would be this is the first vehicle I've purchased out of roughly 20 vehicles that didn't come with a full tank of fuel and serviced ready to go. The truck (diesel) was on empty and the oil change light was on. I was handed a $20 fuel card which got me less than 5 gallons of fuel and I had to drive over 450 miles home knowing the truck needed an oil change. Would have been a 5 star experience but dropped a star for lack of fuel and service.

Everyone took great care of us at Sneed Ford.

Everyone took great care of us at Sneed Ford. We had a slightly complicated transaction as we had two cars that we were considering trading in and one had significant mechanical issues. Justin Moody did a fine job coordinating the multiple staff evaluating our vehicles and repairs and then helping us sort through options. Dave White was a pleasure to work with on the financing. He wasn't pushy on any add-ons but made sure we understood what was available. If you live north of Kansas City, there's no reason to drive into the metro before you check out your options at Sneed. And if you live in the city, the dealership is closer than you think. Oh, and we love our Lincoln Corsair!

Horrific Experience. Run!

Attempted to purchase Lincoln Navigator w/300 miles, from out-of-state. I'd had a terrible car accident that resulted in my Navigator of one year being totaled. It was hard finding a replacement vehicle for me during extreme shortages, so I was glad to find a vehicle with Sneed, initially. Went thru the process for several days, only to find out right before signing that vehicle was a manufacturer buyback and had "branded" title. No mention of this until I started reading documents they wanted me to sign! Turns out there were major electrical issues w/satellite radio (and who knows what else), repaired, that I would have signed up for. No one mentioned how difficult it often is to get rid of that same vehicle later on due to "branded" title. They also kept telling me that they'd checked with DMV in my state to ensured that I'd have no trouble with the "branded title". Wrong! I learned that I would have to title in my state as "branded" or "lemon"! Not only did I have this issue, but had trouble with salesperson returning calls, and having the dealership return my deposit in a timely manner. It was horrible! I will never return to this dealership for purchasing! No trust for them whatsoever! Buyer beware and do your research! Check reviews!

They will not take care of there customers.

They will not take care of there customers. I took my car to get repaired 3 times for the same issue. When I went to pick up my car the drive side door was broken and window won’t go down. Jesse tells me it’s a factory defect. He contact ford and they were only willing to pay 65% of the bill and Jesse tell me the sneed ford won’t pick up the rest. He expected the customer to pay the other 35 % of a factory defect. Mind you he had my 2020 Ford Escape which I bought brand new at that dealership for a week. He tells me that he was done messing with it. He was going to put a couple of ribbit in it and set it out side for me to pick up. He is probably the worst service manager I have ever had to deal with. Need to treat your customers better. He told me to take it to Anderson ford in Saint Joseph Mo.
