I called Carey about trading cars. He did not have the car that I wanted, so he found one at another dealer. He called me and we agreed on a price. He had the car the next day and was clean and full of gas. At the time of delivery, Carey explained how all of the "extras" worked to my wife and me and was very friendly and patient.
