No hassle dealership. Great people all around. The whole process was super smooth. Chad and Austin were specially very helpful.

One hour and twenty minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I had just washed and vacuumed the truck. After the service, the truck was dirty inside. Front seats and floor mats were filthy and I had to revacuum the floors and clean the leather seats. There were oily fingerprints on the steering wheel, on the inside of the drivers door, on the dash, on the outside of the drivers door, on the hood and on both front fenders. There are other dealers much closer to me than Sneed. Will have to consider them next time. A real disappointment.
