I absolutely love this place!

I absolutely love this place!! Tony has sold me my last three Audis. Ethan always takes care of me at service and David handles the financial part. They’re all so friendly and welcoming and professional! The place is clean, has multiple tvs, merch, clean bathrooms and even a little putt putt. The snack bar is always stocked and has plenty of water and coffee. They’re also fast so you’re not there for hours on end. I’ve recommended a lot of people come here for a great car and even better service!

Good day, I Jason Crawford and my wife visited your Benbrook Audi dealership with the intention of seeing the difference between the Q7 and Q8. We were greeted with smiles, even though we looked like we probably couldn’t afford a vehicle. Almost immediately the salesman Nicholas Besson introduced himself and just simply ask what we were looking for. We explained that we were wanting to see firsthand the difference between the Q7 and Q8. Immediately took us over to the showroom floor where we were able to examine. Very helpful. We asked about used versions of these vehicles, consistent with the no nonsense sales approach, Nick showed us the inventory on a computer screen. Seeing the exact car that we had already decided would be the perfect choice, I asked to see it. Without delay, Nick got the car and began to show the interior and features. He asked me to get into the driver seat and go for a test drive without hassle. Which I appreciate, because in the past, I have done test drives with other dealerships that make it seem like you have to go through a credit score approval before driving the vehicle. I’m not saying that that is the only reason for the sale but it’s definitely a positive. We immediately loved the vehicle and expressed intentions to purchase. The process was welcoming and unassuming. I said that I would be paying in cash and to my surprise the sales staff didn’t try to have me finance. That was also a positive for me. I would very much like to thank Nick for his help, And what I mean by help, he allowed the car to sell itself. He’s a good sales person. also, he went out of his way to help my wife and I figure out all of the controls and settings. Even the next day, he was more than happy to take the time to meet our needs. Being an owner of a Q5 already, And now owning a Q8 has made me feel like I’m part of the Audi family and I’m sure the next vehicle that we purchase will be another Audi.

My review is a bit biased as I recently had a poor repair

My review is a bit biased as I recently had a poor repair experience that was more of issue with Audi vehicle quality and reliability rather than the dealer. A nice, new, first class facility and friendly staff. They regularly push expended warranty plans, both in person and through email, which it turns out is likely a good choice given Audi reliability. A few months after my 5 year warranty expired (49K miles), the water pump failed and leaked coolant into the vacuum system. According to the technician and on-line forums, this is a common issue with Q8?s (among other models). This dealer has performed all maintenance on this vehicle and apparently there were no signs of coolant leakage during the last scheduled maintenance while the car was still under my service plan. Considering my vehicle history with this dealer, I requested some customer good will but only received a token $100 discount from the over $5500 repair charges. This was my second Audi and I am in the process of trading for a new vehicle, but the next one will definitely not be an Audi.

I came into the service department on a Saturday at the end of the day. Tire pressure low sensor alert. Found out I had a nail in my tire. James was very helpful and instrumenting my car being replaced with a new tire on a moments notice at the end of the working shift. James provided exceptional customer service.
