High Marks for Hallmark!
Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. John Honeycutt understood what I was looking for in my next vehicle and delivered with the Elantra GT. Its refreshing to walk into what normally is a high stress situation and be met with a zen-like approach to salesmanship. Never pushy, asked all the right questions and when I asked for the no frills model, there were no high pressure up-sells. From the test drive on Friday to the impulse return Saturday (which ended in a purchase!) I felt like I could trust everything John and the team were telling me. Choosing to purchase from Hallmark is a no-brainer.

Worst service I have ever received
I never write reviews but the amount of ignorance and lack of customer service has made me feel the need to let others not use this service center EVER. They supposedly try to fix a part that was never broken a weekend I was moving out of town. The car was never fixed - as the issue that was supposed to be fixed left me broken down on I 65 at 2am on the highway. I drove back down to have my car fixed at which I called in advance to have looked at. 2 days later the car was never looked at and was told it would be 2 more days before it was looked at ?! I have drive 200 miles and 3 hours later to have a part fixed that should of already been fixed and you all have yet to look at it , when scheduled in advance. I spoke to the GM and the service manager to them dismiss that they couldn’t do anything more because they were going on vacation... I’m appalled at the inconsideration and the lack of empathy for a single mom with a 9 months old child who continues to break down because of a issue you all didn’t fix and lack of $750 later from labor and parts that weren’t fixed and didn’t correct the issue! Save your time and do no use these people ever again!

John Honyecutt was a wonderful, knowledgeable, low-pressure Hyundai salesman. I thoroughly enjoyed my test drive of a Kona on my way home from work last Friday, and John was a big reason for that.

Love my new car!
My husband bought his car from Hallmark Hyundai two years ago so when it was time for me to shop, we went here first. I worked with Tyler Norman, who was very patient with all of my email questions during the day while I was at work. He knew which cars I was interested in before I got there and already had the keys pulled. We went for a test drive and I asked if he minded if we left to think about it. There was no pressure, he said no problem and to let him know if we had any questions. We drove around for about 45 minutes talking over options and went back. I test drove a second car and fell in love. They worked with me on price, got me a great APR and I drove away in my lovely new Elantra. The only reason I wouldn't come back for another car is if we moved to another state. As long as we are anywhere near Nashville, Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville will be our dealer.

We currently Have a 2014 Santa Fe enter and are very pleased with it. For our new second We did our due diligence in comparing all the new competitive brand cars that were available in the sedan class. We decided on the Sonata Limited as this seem to have the best overall warranty, competitive pricing, with the additional extra Creature Comforts that we've become accustomed to. The buying experience was non-stressful and an enjoyable experience. There was no haggling on the price and the price that was provided was very competitive 10 fair. Our salesman Don Dodd what's attentive to our needs in the sales process and had patience with us to make a final determination on exactly which model Sonata we wanted to buy. The delivery of the car was also exceptional. Especially with all of the new technology that is now available in the new cars there is a lot of detail that needs to be explained and Don did a marvelous job in helping us. I'm sure we'll be back with more questions later on but as of right now everything is very positive

Easy used vehicle purchase
We were searching for a used Honda CRV. Cars.com showed that they had one. Tyler was friendly and open with us. He worked hard to help us balance the cost with our budget and stayed later to complete the sale. We are very happy with our SUV and our buying experience.

No pressure, easy experience
What an easy, no pressure situation when looking and buying a car! Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend Hallmark Hyundai.

Friendly, helpful and very professional.
Had a flat tire and no spare. Had my car towed to Hallmark Hyundai. They replaced the tire quickly. The staff was very very professional.
