I was daunted by the whole car buying process; I just need to get where I am going. I've never purchased a new vehicle before and did all the research I could before walking onto a lot. I met all types. There was the matter of finding the vehicle that would check all the boxes, and then there was the matter of finding a dealership that had the vehicle, as well as people I wanted to work with. After the second local mechanic recommended Hyundai, I decided to see what they had. I walked in and met John Honeycutt. I almost bought a vehicle that day, but I had determined to always walk away and think about it. The process was so easy, the staff so friendly and personable and the vehicle so great to drive, I tried to find the flaw. I went to another popular dealer in town, just to make sure. After driving a popular, but uncomfortable vehicle at another dealership, I stood there with two grown men trying all the bully tactics, and the only word in my mind was: warranty. Why would I ever want a warranty with people who are mean from the start? I pulled out of that parking lot and drove straight to Hallmark Hyundai of Hendersonville and found John Honeycutt again. He helped me review the options and answered all my questions. In the process, I met more staff there, all of whom were friendly, patient, and approachable. I drove away in a gorgeous, reliable, comfortable new vehicle with great financing and great gas milage! I also drove away knowing that I could and would come back with any questions and recieve the same great service. I happily recommend the team and the product at Hallmark Hyundai to anyone!

I have to say I’ve never left a review for a car sales person ever in my entire life. But I have to say that this is one of the most honest people that you’re going to deal with which is in my experience in the past has been a rarity and I’ve never come across such an individual as Marcelo Defreitas. Very honest and up front person. Actually that was my experience from start to finish with this dealership. Good all around people looking to really help you.

Easiest car purchasing experience ever. Our salesman, Michael Blair friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us all the features of the car. He wasn't pushy and intimidating like the car salesmen we've dealt with in the past. The whole experience was pleasant. If you're looking for a vehicle, specifically a Hyundai, I suggest giving Hallmark Hyundai a visit, and ask for Michael Blair. He will treat you right!

Felt cheated by their finance department. They said that a warranty was going to be 1/10th of what we were actually charged and signed us up for coverages without going over it with us. Terrible experience.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Excellent service and quick process. Friendly, helpful service from Michael in sales and Anne in finance. We will certainly be back in the future.
