My new hybrid Rav4 is higher tech than I expected and all the features did not readily work with my new Samsung Galaxy smart phone. (Apparently Toyota's features sync better with I-Phones.) Accordingly, initial setup took longer than anticipated; not all issues were resolved even after a second session. Kevin put in additional effort to research the problems.
