I have purchased 4 vehicles from Forts.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Forts. Their service department is knowledgeable and their sales staff is friendly and easy to work with when hunting for a new or used vehicle. I won’t buy anywhere else!

Ok guys, I hate doing bad reviews and I hope this is

Ok guys, I hate doing bad reviews and I hope this is internal..I don’t want Toyota to see it and hurt scores. So I brought my 2021 in for the toyo care rotate and ofc… I have noticed my tire wear and tear when I drive and brake.. the classic wobble to stop.. I visibly see the baldness west on the inner part of the rear tires and front tire when I look underneath. The tech didn’t say a word about this.. yiu would think he would notice it upon rotate right? So I asked the service advisor to quote me 3 new tires, left a card with my name and number and brand and size. Made it as easy as possible on him… this was Thursday, and he never called me back. I have since ordered 4 tires at Tony and sons in east peoria… in my opinion, things like this are obvious and should undoubtedly be caught, mentioned, and quoted. It’s just good business. Not complaining,I’m not that guy.. I just want you guys to know.. I know the guys have a tough job and it’s hard to hire and keep people, these days.. hopefully you can take and use this info as a coaching mondo better next time. Good luck and good selling. Before this experience I was pleased with Fort's service,

Before this experience I was pleased with Fort's service, but very unhappy with results this time. I was charged excessively for non-Toyota (Napa) parts, nearly 3 times the purchase price for calipers, for example. Then I had to return the vehicle the next day as there was a brake fluid leak. At first Chad told me there would only be a one year warranty on the brake parts, indicating this was the Toyota policy. Only after I made this point several times was I told the parts came from Napa, and there would be a lifetime warranty, through Fort's. Then when reviewing the invoice, which showed the part numbers and could be looked up on a Napa site did I see the actual cost versus what I was charged by Fort's. I have replaced brakes on several vehicles myself and certainly wish I had this time as well!
