I have been driving over an hour to have my car serviced at Forts for close to 20 years. They are excellent. What I really appreciate is their honesty and kindness. I trust them with my car.

I came to purchase a new car, not wanting to purchase extended warranty when purchasing the car. Before it was finalized 2 of the finance employees talked to me into purchasing the warranty. A couple of days later, I went to the dealership and signed the papers to cancel the warranty. A month later, I called CNA to find out if it had been cancelled. No, it had not been cancelled. A very discussed customer.

polite yes, great service, but the prices i believe are way too expensive, not sure who can change this. I blame the rules of government to manufacturers who are money hungry therefore, they make parts that are weak and not easy to change and intentionally not do it yourself friendly. like secrete codes to reset or turn off dash lights even after you repaired the problem. overlooking small problems in routine maintenance checks like acid around battery post. makes you wonder what else is missed. and if something is broken or made worse by the service shop, no acknowledgement or apology to make it right.

Always a pleasure doing business with Fort’s. They make my service needs easy by picking up my car while I’m working.

Dealing with Fort’s Toyota was very rewarding and easy. From first looking for a Sienna to being to,d when it was going to be built to when it arrived, they kept us informed. When we picked the new van up everything was ready for us. While we did the paperwork with Ray, Kevin had the license plates switched from our trade in to our new vehicle. Kevin went over the van and it’s operation with us and he is available by phone if we have any questions. This experience has been great and we love our new Sienna.
