My service tech, Carl, called and told me the recall was ready to go and asked if he could proceed with ordering the parts. I have not had the recall fixed as of yet. I will report back when the engine has been replaced.

Service rep was excellent but when I went to the cashier

Service rep was excellent but when I went to the cashier they tried to overcharge me. If I did not look over the bill I would have paid an extra 100 over what I was quoted. Service rep adjusted and apologized right away.

Great experience! I appreciate Tristan patience with us. He's been kind, patient, and more importantly thorough. He certainly made the difference! Everyone was great. If I were to buy another cone, I would definitely come back and ask for Tristan. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering Toyota.
